秋空明月悬,光彩露沾湿。Suzhou style mooncake is traditional food of the Chinese nation, originated in Suzhou, and inherited from Suzhou. The craftsmanship originated in Tang and flourished in Song. It wasn't until the 38th year of Emperor Qianlong of the Qing Dynasty that this skill began to be collected, sorted, improved, innovated and disseminated. After more than two centuries, with the joint efforts of many time-honored brands, it has been able to develop in an all-round way. This technique was eventually carried forward in Suzhou and was included in the "Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection List".
