苏式月饼是中华民族的传统食品，起源苏州，传承苏州，制作技艺源于唐，盛于宋。直至清乾隆三十八年，这项技艺才开始真正被收集、整理、改良、创新、传播。历经两个多世纪，在众多老字号的共同努力下，得以全面发展。这项技艺最终在苏州得到发扬光大，并被列入“非物质文化遗产保护名录”。

Suzhou style mooncake is traditional food of the Chinese nation, originated in Suzhou, and inherited from Suzhou. The craftsmanship originated in Tang and flourished in Song. It wasn't until the 38th year of Emperor Qianlong of the Qing Dynasty that this skill began to be collected, sorted, improved, innovated and disseminated. After more than two centuries, with the joint efforts of many time-honored brands, it has been able to develop in an all-round way. This technique was eventually carried forward in Suzhou and was included in the "Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection List".

The moon hangs high in the autumn sky, and the moonlight reflects the crystal dew, as if it was wet by dew.
